Senior Quantity Surveyor - Water

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a rapidly growing utilities and infrastructure team delivering major projects across the South East. With a significant increase in secured work and a strong long-term pipeline across key water frameworks, the business is looking to strengthen its commercial team with a high-calibre Senior QS who can play a leading role in project delivery and commercial performance. This is a key hire within the commercial function, offering the chance to work on technically challenging projects while having genuine influence across operational and commercial delivery. This role will suit a commercially astute Senior Quantity Surveyor who enjoys taking ownership of projects, building strong relationships with operational teams, and driving successful outcomes from tender handover through to final account. The Role You will be responsible for overseeing the full commercial lifecycle of projects across utilities and infrastructure schemes, working closely with Project Managers and operational teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, profitably, and in line with contractual requirements.
