With an annual turnover of approximately 20 million, the business delivers projects ranging from 50,000 to 15 million across commercial construction, data centres, building services, plant replacements and maintenance. This is an excellent opportunity to join a close-knit team, take ownership of commercial activities and play a key role in shaping and developing the company''s commercial function.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the commercial aspects of construction and engineering projects from initial stages through to completion.Prepare and manage applications for payment, valuations and variations.Oversee procurement activities, subcontractor appointments and subcontract orders.Monitor project costs, budgets and commercial performance.Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities.Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.Support contract administration and commercial reporting.Build and maintain strong relationships with ..... full job details .....
