Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their close-knit Commercial team based in their Oldham office.This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business with a strong reputation in the market, offering long-term career development within a collaborative and supportive environment.The RoleThe Senior Quantity Surveyor will take ownership of the commercial management of a high-volume portfolio of Fire and Security installation projects, ensuring profitability is protected and maximised throughout the project lifecycle.The position has minimal pre-construction involvement, as estimating responsibilities are managed by the Project Management team. Instead, the focus is on post-award commercial management, contract administration, cost control, and final account settlement.Key responsibilities include: Reviewing contract terms and identifying commercial risks and obligations.Managing the commercial set-up of projects following contract award.Placing and managing subcontractor and supplier orders.Monitoring project costs, profitability and cash flow. ..... full job details .....
