Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their close-knit Commercial team based in their Oldham office.This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business with a strong reputation in the market, offering long-term career development within a collaborative and supportive environment.The RoleThe Senior Quantity Surveyor will take ownership of the commercial management of a high-volume portfolio of Fire and Security installation projects, ensuring profitability is protected and maximised throughout the project lifecycle.The position has minimal pre-construction involvement, as estimating responsibilities are managed by the Project Management team.
