Senior Quantity Surveyor - Tier 1 Main Contractor Exeter The Company Premises Recruitment are currently working with a Tier 1 Main Contractor who deliver outstanding, landmark, career defining projects. Ranging from 50m to 300m+, projects include residential new build, mixed use developments, hospitals, and university buildings. The company have a solid reputation as part of an international construction group, and have an enviable forward order book of UK building projects. The Project Student Accommodation Project. The contract value is 250m+ with a 3 year programme plus PCSA stage. The project spans seven buildings including 4 new build high rise, 2 new build low rise and 1 refurbishment of an existing building. They are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong commercial awareness who has previous experience working for a main contractor - with a stable career history in the UK.
