Senior Quantity SurveyorLocation: CoventrySalary: Competitive, depending on experienceJob Type: Permanent, Full TimeHours: 40 hours per weekSenior Quantity Surveyor - Social Housing Refurbishment CoventryWe are currently recruiting on behalf of an established and growing construction business for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a busy commercial team delivering a range of social housing refurbishment and improvement works across Coventry.This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in refurbishment, housing, maintenance, or general building works who is looking for a long-term position with responsibility for the commercial performance of multiple projects.You will take a lead role in managing the financial and contractual aspects of refurbishment projects from initial mobilisation and procurement through to completion and final account.
