Purpose and Scope of the Role As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality cost consultancy across major projects, many exceeding £200m in value. Working across sectors such as Education, Healthcare and Infrastructure, you will provide expert cost advice. Based in Belfast, you will contribute across the full project lifecycle, from early-stage planning through to successful completion, working alongside experienced professionals and senior leadership. Your Impact in this Position You will lead and support the commercial delivery of complex projects, ensuring robust cost control, risk management and value optimisation. By collaborating closely with clients, stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams, you will help shape practical, innovative solutions. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior colleagues and strengthening client relationships through professional, service-focused delivery. Core Capabilities Cost Management and Commercial Insight: Deliver accurate cost planning, budgeting and forecasting across project stages.
