Senior Quantity Surveyor-Swansea (Rail)

Due to the increase in workload within their Rail sector, our client, a top regional Contractor have the need for a Senior QS to join their Commercial Team on a freelance basis from their Swansea offices to work on projects including AFA, Embankment Stabilisations, Footbridges and Station works,

Duties will include, Preparing and agreeing interim applications, valuations and final accounts Subcontract procurement enquiries, comparisons, placing orders and managing accounts through to close-out Measurement and take-off from drawings, pricing variations and change Administering NEC4 contracts: early warnings and-compensation events.

To be considered for this, you will have a qualification in Quantity Surveying and will have Rail experience to your name gained within the Main Contracting environment.

In return, a competitive day rate is on offer which is Inside IR35 and comes with an immediate start and minimum 6 month contract which will take you well into 2027!
