Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate cost estimates based on consultant reports & technical information Develop detailed project cost plans as designs progress Produce quantities from drawings and technical documentation Support the preparation of Contractor Proposals Procure consultants and subcontractors Prepare and submit applications for Produce accurate monthly cost reports, forecasts and financial updates Support project mitigation and commercial recovery strategies Attend client, consultant and project meetings Mentor and support junior members of the commercial team About You: Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor with a Tier 1 or large regional contractor. Experience preparing cost reports, forecasts and valuations. Ability to interpret drawings and prepare accurate quantities. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
