The project involves the construction of a multi-storey RC frame apartment scheme , progressing through the external envelope and commercial finishing stages. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will take responsibility for the commercial management of the project through to completion. This is a 9-month opportunity , ideal for a Senior QS with strong experience across residential, apartments, reinforced concrete frame and finishing packages.
