This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute QS to take a leading role in the financial and contractual management of a significant project within a live healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead the commercial and contractual management of the project from procurement through to final account. Manage sub-contract packages. Manage project budgets, cost reporting, forecasting and cash flow. Prepare, review and negotiate variations, valuations and interim payments. Oversee subcontractor procurement, payments and final account negotiations. Identify and manage commercial risks, opportunities and contractual issues. Work closely with the project management and delivery teams to ensure commercial objectives are achieved.
