The project comprises multiple apartment blocks, with reinforced concrete (RC) frame construction and extensive external envelope and finishing packages. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially experienced QS to take ownership of the commercial delivery of a substantial, multi-storey residential scheme. Key Responsibilities Manage the commercial performance and cost control of the project. Procure and manage subcontractor packages. Prepare valuations, applications for payment and cost reports. Manage subcontractor accounts, variations and change control. Monitor budgets, forecasts and cash flow. Negotiate and agree subcontractor final accounts. Identify commercial risks, opportunities and potential cost savings. Work closely with the Project Manager, site team and wider commercial department.
