Senior Quantity Surveyor London - Hybrid Up to 80,000 We are delighted to be assisting out client, a leading global consultancy specialising in construction engineering and operations, in their search for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a major joint venture delivering works on part of HS2. About the RoleYou''ll bring strong pre and post-contract management and procurement experience within the UK rail sector, supporting the design team through the early stages of a major infrastructure project. Candidates with a Rail, Infrastructure, Highways, Construction, Utilities or Energy background are encouraged to apply; MEP experience is beneficial but not essential.Key ResponsibilitiesNEC3/4 Option C contract management and administrationReviewing and valuing contractor payment applicationsManaging subcontractor accounts and commercial recordsDrafting contract communications, including Early Warning Notices and Compensation EventsProviding contractual and commercial risk adviceLeading commercial reporting across allocated projectsSupporting and developing junior commercial team membersAbout YouDegree educatedMain contractor, consultancy and/or joint venture experienceStrong NEC3/4 contract administration experience (A/C/E essential); CEMAR desirableSkilled in assessing high-value Compensation EventsProven experience in change, risk and financial managementConfident negotiating and procuring sub-contract packagesRight to work in the UK requiredTo apply, please ..... full job details .....
