You''ll drive value, efficiency, and compliance across all phases of the project lifecycle-from feasibility to final account. Key Responsibilities:Contract and Commercial Management Administer NEC3/4 ECC contracts (Options A, C and E) on the client side Oversee budget control, payment valuations, and cost forecasting Maintain accurate commercial records and resolve contractual issues Collaborate with PMs on payment certification and defined cost determination Pre-Contract Activities Conduct feasibility studies and cost planning Prepare and evaluate tender documentation Identify risks and develop mitigation ..... full job details .....
