Job Description As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key commercial role in delivering planned maintenance and refurbishment programmes across Birmingham, working alongside an established commercial team and managing significant volumes of work. Key responsibilities include: Commercial management: Oversee the commercial delivery of high-volume planned maintenance programmes across Birmingham, ensuring costs, valuations, variations and financial reporting are accurately managed.
