Job Description As a Senior Quantity Surveyor in Bristol, your key responsibilities will include: Managing the commercial performance of a £16m refurbishment and retrofit contract across four high-rise residential buildings. Controlling project costs, budgets, cash flow, forecasting and financial reporting to maximise profitability. Negotiating subcontractor orders, managing supplier relationships and ensuring contractual entitlement is secured. Monitoring commercial risks, resolving disputes and identifying opportunities to improve project performance. Collaborating with operational teams and the client to ensure effective commercial management and successful project delivery. Skills / Qualifications To be successful as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in Bristol, you will need: Experience in a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor role within construction, property services or social housing refurbishment.
