The business delivers a range of social housing refurbishment, capital works and retrofit programmes, and this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to take a senior commercial position within a supportive and well-established team. The role can be based from either Boston or Grimsby, with travel required across the wider Northern contract portfolio. The Role As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of established social housing refurbishment and capital works contracts, working closely with operational and commercial teams to ensure financial and contractual performance is maximised. Your responsibilities will include: Managing the commercial performance of social housing refurbishment and capital works contracts. Ensuring the business secures its full contractual entitlement. Monitoring project costs, revenue and profitability against agreed budgets. Preparing and maintaining accurate cash flow forecasts and revenue profiles.
