This is a large-scale, high-value residential project involving complex construction and refurbishment works, providing an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take a senior commercial position within an established project team. THE ROLE As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the commercial management of the project, working closely with the Commercial Manager and wider project team.
