SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR Central London Salary: Up to £85,000 + Car Allowance + Travel + Bonus An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading Tier One Main Contractor working on a major residential development in Central London. This is a large-scale, high-value residential project involving complex construction and refurbishment works, providing an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take a senior commercial position within an established project team. THE ROLE As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the commercial management of the project, working closely with the Commercial Manager and wider project team. You will also take responsibility for managing and mentoring members of the Commercial team, providing commercial leadership and supporting the successful financial delivery of the project.
