The Package

Basic salary of $150K - $220K (£80K - £120K GBP)Profit Related Company Bonus ($10K - $30K)Tax free relocation package ($10K - $20K)Company Car or Car Allowance ($7K)Pension scheme (6% matched)

Responsibilities and Duties

Review Prime Contract to determine obligations, liabilities and highlight riskDevelop risk register and key contractual obligations from Contract reviewMaintain excellent relationships clients, subcontractors and suppliersDevelop and implement Change Management proceduresAnalyse bids from subcontractors and suppliers

Requirements

Experience working on large scale projects valued at £25m+Experience working as a Senior QS or Commercial ManagerExperience working for Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractorWilling and able to relocate to Canada

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on DandB projects (£50m+) for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor.
