Senior Quantity Surveyor - a leading top tier contractor is searching for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the delivery of design and build projects for an award-winning Tier 1 contractor.

The Package:
- Basic salary of -72,500 - -77,500
- Company Car Allowance (-6,000)

Responsibilities:
- Commercial Lead on Design & Build projects -5m - -35m
- Chair Pre-let meetings and finalising Subcontract Orders
- Procurement and managing sub-contract packages
- Dealing with variations and valuations
- Production of CVRs

Requirements:
- Experience working with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 building contractor
- Experience dealing with / managing final accounts
- Experience managing sub-contractor variations
- Industry related qualification

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Senior Quantity Surveyor delivering construction projects ranging from -5m - -20m.
