They are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team and play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of high-value construction projects. Reporting directly to senior management, you will be responsible for the full commercial lifecycle of projects, ensuring profitability, compliance, and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of cost planning, reporting, and commercial control across projects.Act as the commercial lead for key accounts, developing strong, trust-based relationships with blue-chip clients.Overseeing subcontract procurement and contract administration.Provide accurate financial forecasting, cash flow management, and cost/value reporting.Support project teams in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.Mentor junior members of the commercial team and contribute to best practice within the business.About You

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally at senior level, within main contractor or management contracting environments.Strong knowledge of construction contracts and commercial management.Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.A collaborative mindset — committed to delivering solutions, not disputes.RICS qualification (or working towards) preferred but not essential.What They Offer
