Senior Quantity Surveyor

What will you be doing?
You will be responsible for supporting Project Managers with all contractual negotiations, costings, variances etc,
Must have the ability to see the full contractual process through from set up, negotiation and on-going maintenance of the terms,
Preparing monthly cost reports, monitoring cash flow and assist in managing aged debt.
