You will support Contract Managers, manage risks, ensure profitability, and provide insight to Nuclear Directors for current and future projects.     - Ensure contracts are fully compliant and monitor performance using systems like CEMAR.  - Prepare commercial reports and accurate cost estimates, particularly for passive fire protection projects.  - Manage budgets, track costs, identify savings, and maintain detailed financial records.  - Prepare and review tenders, procurement schedules, valuations, progress reports, and final accounts.  - Support resolution of claims, disputes, and contractual issues.  - Lead and mentor Quantity Surveyors and Graduates, overseeing multiple projects.  - Contribute to wider commercial strategy to drive growth and profitability.
