Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.This is a key position within the business, offering autonomy and responsibility across multiple live projects.The RoleThe Senior Quantity Surveyor will take full commercial responsibility for roofing packages from procurement through to final account, ensuring profitability and contractual compliance across all projects.You will work closely with operational teams, directors and main contractor clients to manage financial performance and mitigate commercial risk.Key ResponsibilitiesFull commercial management of roofing subcontract packagesPreparing and submitting valuations and applications for paymentManaging variations, change control and contractual noticesSubcontractor and supplier procurementCost forecasting and CVR reportingManaging and negotiating final accountsLiaising with main contractor commercial teamsIdentifying and managing commercial risks and opportunitiesSupporting and mentoring junior commercial staff where requiredRequirementsProven experience working for a subcontractor (essential)Senior-level Quantity Surveying ..... full job details .....
