Senior Quantity Surveyor 75k to 85k per annum + car allowance/packageHertfordshireDue to considerable planned growth, our client, a leading developer of quality homes and sustainable communities in London and Home Counties, are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their regeneration team.You will take full commercial responsibility and ownership for the projects, working closely with the CM and the wider team to ensure a successful project is delivered, whilst maintaining relationships and maximising commercial returns and managing risk.You should be commercially aware and influential within the team and wider business, promoting their business in a positive and professional light with stakeholders.Key Responsibilities and skills will include, but not be limited to: Liaise with clients, subcontractors and consultants as required.Assume the responsibility for and administer in a timely manner all project commercial and contractual issues ensuring proper accurate commercial performance, including preparing tenders, analysing and selecting appropriate capable S/C and finalising S/C orders, financial and commercially manage to final account completionPromptly set a formal commercial budget and monitor and review accordingly.Consider all subcontractor appointments in a balances and concise manner - understand what risks remain and manage accordingly - ensure quality, HandS and financial security is considered and addressed in our selection of subcontract and other ..... full job details .....
