This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful regional business with a strong pipeline of work across the Southwest. The company delivers a varied range of high-quality construction and refurbishment projects for clients across both the public and private sectors. Working closely with the senior management team, you will take commercial responsibility for several projects simultaneously, ensuring they are procured effectively, managed commercially and delivered in line with financial expectations. The RoleAs Senior Quantity Surveyor, your responsibilities will include: Taking commercial responsibility for multiple construction and refurbishment projects. Managing projects from procurement through to final account. Reviewing and administering contractual documentation and commercial terms. Procuring, negotiating and managing subcontractors and suppliers. Preparing and agreeing client valuations, variations and final accounts. Monitoring project costs, cash flow, risks and commercial opportunities. Producing accurate monthly cost reports and forecasts through to completion. Supporting operational teams with commercial and financial reporting. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and the supply chain.
