Help deliver one of the South West's most significant civil engineering projects.
I'm working with a leading civil engineering contractor to recruit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a landmark infrastructure project in Bridgwater.
This is an outstanding opportunity to join an established and highly respected business delivering a major long-term scheme that will leave a lasting legacy across the region.
Working closely with an experienced Commercial Manager, you'll play a key role in the commercial delivery of the project, taking ownership of significant work packages while helping to drive commercial performance from procurement through to final account.

The Role

Commercial management of major civil engineering and infrastructure works.
Administration of NEC3 / NEC4 contracts.
Procurement and management of subcontractors.
Cost reporting, forecasting, valuations and CVRs.
Management of compensation events and change control.
Building strong working relationships with clients, operational teams and the supply chain.
Supporting the successful commercial delivery of a high-profile infrastructure project.

About You

Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering or infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of NEC3 and/or NEC4 contracts.
Experience managing subcontract accounts from procurement through to final account.
Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
A proactive and collaborative approach with a passion for delivering successful projects.
