Specialising in mixed tenure housing projects, you will ideally have a proven housing background, the client is open to construction build backgrounds also.   Duties: Attend design, pre-start and project meetings, identifying commercial risks, opportunities and cost implications. Review contract documentation, drawings and specifications to identify errors, omissions and potential cost exposures. Manage procurement activities, including tender enquiries, subcontractor selection, negotiations and order placement. Work closely with internal departments to provide input throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare budgets, cost plans, tender analysis and construction cost forecasts. Negotiate subcontract packages, manage variations and agree final accounts.
