Full QS duties including BOQ creation, valuations, variations, and financial reportingPre- and post-contract cost management and procurementCost analysis, forecasting, and expenditure trackingVendor/subcontractor cost monitoring and recoveryClient and stakeholder engagementSite visits across the UK and Ireland as requiredRequirements / Qualifications

Degree in Quantity SurveyingMinimum 5 years\'' experience in fit-out or constructionStrong knowledge of UK and Irish marketsProficient in measurement software, Excel, and WordMRICS qualification (advantageous)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAmbitious and motivated to progress within a dynamic ..... full job details .....
