Reed are delighted to be working on an Intermediate / Senior Quantity Surveyor vacancy to manage the commercial and contractual aspects of AV projects. This role is crucial in ensuring the accurate assessment of completed work, effective change control, and maximised financial performance across a portfolio of installations. Full autonomy on growing out the QS function.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Conduct contract reviews upon project award, ensuring the project team understands the commercial and contractual requirements.Review and interpret various contracts (FIDIC, JCT, bespoke client contracts) ensuring compliance throughout project delivery.Manage procurement and subcontractor packages, securing the best commercial terms and assessing subcontractor payments.Measure and assess the value of work completed on-site, ensuring all installations and deliveries are accounted for.Prepare and submit valuations, progress applications, and invoices in line with project contract terms.Produce accurate monthly cost reports and financial forecasts, tracking performance against project budgets.Develop and maintain project cash flow forecasts to support financial planning.Identify, notify, and track changes, variations, and ..... full job details .....
