This pivotal role involves providing bid, commercial knowledge, and support across our client''s New Installation (NI) business and Client executive account. The successful candidate will manage pre-contract work, winning risks and opportunities, and play a key role in post-contract management. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence work-winning strategies and enhance customer experiences through continuous improvement initiatives. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Act as a member of the Head of Commercial and Procurement senior management team. Serve as a business partner to drive sustainable and high-quality results. Manage commercial pre-award contractual duties including reviewing client contracts, preparing tender documentation, and developing solutions to manage risks. Lead negotiations and execute agreements related to bonds, warranties, and insurances. Maintain accurate contract files and manage pre-contract/award correspondence. Support bid activities across various business lines as directed. Develop work-winning negotiation and commercial strategies to support sales in managing bid responses and developing customer proposals.
