Operating on a Design and Build (DandB) framework, this role requires a sharp commercial mind capable of leading the project from inception through to final accounts, ensuring maximum profitability while maintaining exceptional client relationships.As the Commercial Lead, you will have full autonomy over the project''s commercial delivery, managing sub-contractor procurement, variations, and final account negotiations.Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial Leadership: Act as the primary commercial point of contact, leading all financial aspects of the Design and Build retail project.Financial Control: Manage CVRs, cash flow forecasting, cost reporting, and final accounts.Procurement: Oversee sub-contractor procurement, commercial negotiation, and contract finalization.Change Management: Robustly manage variations, scope changes, and provisional sums.Client Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with the client, architects, and project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication regarding commercial progress.What We Are Looking ForThis is a specialized role requiring a specific track record.
