The project is live and currently entering its procurement stage, requiring a strong commercial operative with deep experience across both full pre-construction and post-construction management.Mandatory RequirementsTier 1 Background: Extensive, direct experience working with Tier 1 Main Contractors is essential.High-Rise Resi Track Record: Verifiable portfolio of delivering high-rise residential tower developments.Full Pre- and Post-Construction Experience: Proven expertise taking projects from early procurement, package scoping, and subcontract awards right through to site execution, CVRs, variations, and final accounts.Contractual Fluency: Deep, practical working knowledge of JCT Design and Build (DandB) contracts.CV Stability and Metrics: Demonstrated long stints with Tier 1 employers OR a proven track record of managing reliable commercial numbers on complex residential schemes.Role DetailsDuration: 6-month initial engagement with strong potential for extension.Engagement: Day rate only - operating strictly Inside IR35 or ..... full job details .....
