Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor

Overview

Award-winning architect and interior design consultancy providing turnkey client solutions - based in a brand-new office in a city location.Seeking to hire a competent Quantity Surveyor to join a growing team. Ideally MRICS, but minimum BSc / MSc in Quantity Surveying. Candidates from contractor side are welcome but must have detailed knowledge of the high-end, bespoke design residential market in London. Candidates must be client-facing with good soft skills.This is a sole QS appointment to practice; candidates must be capable of independent working, with experience in reviewing tender packs and costing/pricing of materials relevant to the sector. Alongside core estimation skills, ideally a candidate with a project delivery track record managing all RIBA stages 0-7. Highly challenging work with exclusive projects for HNW clients. Perm opportunity. Independently review tender documents and assess cost implications across projects.Prepare detailed cost plans, estimates and pricing for high-end bespoke residential interiors and architecture projects.Manage procurement and tendering processes, ensuring value for money and accurate cost control.Monitor cost changes through all RIBA stages 0-7 and report variances to stakeholders.Collaborate with clients, design teams, and contractors to support project delivery to schedule and budget.Qualifications

Minimum BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying; MRICS preferred.Experience from contractor side accepted, with strong knowledge of the high-end bespoke residential market in London.Excellent client-facing communication and soft skills.Ability to work independently and deliver accurate tender reviews and cost estimates.Project delivery experience across RIBA stages 0-7 is desirable.Benefits and Contact
