Based in Leeds they specialise in undertaking High rise residential for clients in the public and private sectors including newbuild, extensions, and refurbishment work. Based on site you will work closely with the wider commercial and Site teams in a friendly collegiate atmosphere. Our client is looking for someone who can grow with the role, is tech savvy, and has the skills and knowledge that come with experience in the commercial construction sector ideally with a main contractor. Skills and Aptitude: Strong communication and listening skills, with good negotiation skills. Highly motivated to deliver quality developments.
