Due to continued success, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of a flagship project in the East Midlands. Senior Quantity Surveyor roles and responsibilities * Lead all commercial activities across key work packages, ensuring effective cost control and value management throughout the project lifecycle. * Manage subcontractor procurement, negotiations, and final accounts, maintaining strong commercial relationships. * Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and commercial advice to senior stakeholders and project teams. Senior Quantity Surveyor requirements * Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on large-scale projects, ideally with a Tier 1 contractor. * Strong working knowledge of NEC and/or JCT contracts. * Excellent leadership, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management skills.
