Senior Quantity Surveyor

Client information
Our client is a leading Tier 1 contractor with an outstanding track record of delivering major, complex construction and infrastructure schemes across the UK. Due to continued success, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of a flagship project in the East Midlands.

Senior Quantity Surveyor roles and responsibilities
* Lead all commercial activities across key work packages, ensuring effective cost control and value management throughout the project lifecycle.
* Manage subcontractor procurement, negotiations, and final accounts, maintaining strong commercial relationships.
* Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and commercial advice to senior stakeholders and project teams.

Senior Quantity Surveyor requirements
* Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on large-scale projects, ideally with a Tier 1 contractor.
* Strong working knowledge of NEC and/or JCT contracts.
* Excellent leadership, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management skills.
