This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Surveyor to join a growing team and play a key role in the commercial delivery of a high-value contract covering a range of refurbishment and improvement works, including, kitchens & bathrooms, roofing projects, external works, windows & doors, general refurbishment schemes. The Role As Project Surveyor, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of planned works projects from inception through to final account. You will ensure costs are controlled effectively, risks are managed proactively, and projects are delivered in line with programme and budget requirements.
