This role with be project and site based, with their office based in Telford and projects across the Midlands region. Senior Quantity Surveyor Roles and Responsibilities Ensuring robust, accurate and timely cost and value reporting at all levels Ensuring accurate cash flow reporting is implemented and reported Carrying out detailed cost management including forecasting and communicating the results as required Updating the Cost Value Reconciliation and commercial plans throughout project lifecycle Supporting the internal commercial processes ensuring adherence across the project Actively seeking to improve processes and procedures through innovation and challenge Developing a deep understanding of the processes and procedures used by any JV/Alliance that we work with, supporting and assist in their development and improvement Developing successful external relationships by ensuring that contracts entered into have terms and conditions that are appropriate for the business with commercial risks ...
