Due to the new project wins, our client requires a Senior Quantity Surveyor from a Tier 2 self-delivery background, on a long-term contract basis. Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor roles and responsibilities: Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for commercial administration of self-delivery of either a large stand alone project or portfolio of smaller civil engineering projects. You will be responsible for: Day to day commercial administration of civils packages. Reviewing progress on site in line with commercials and programme. Monitoring, forecasting and reporting on budgets and costs against programme and producing CVR''s. Reviewing payment applications and agreeing monthly payment valuations.
