The successful candidate will ideally have a main contractor background and experience working on complex, large-scale projects, with a strong understanding of cost planning, estimating and commercial change management. The role will focus on developing final cost estimates for projects progressing through the second stage of procurement, alongside market testing, building up preliminaries and managing change control.
