As our business continues to grow, we''re looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. This is an opportunity to work alongside experienced industry professionals, supporting clients on high-value programmes across highways, rail, nuclear, energy, utilities and data centres. You''ll enjoy genuine responsibility, direct client engagement and the variety that comes with consultancy work, rather than being tied to a single project. The role Reporting directly to our Directors, you''ll manage multiple commissions, providing commercial leadership and trusted advice to our clients. Responsibilities will include: Commercial management of projects from inception through to final account. NEC3, NEC4 and JCT contract administration. Measurement from drawings, preparation and pricing of Bills of Quantities. Cost management, change control, reporting and commercial advice. Supporting procurement, tendering and contract administration. Working with client teams using CEMAR and FastDraft.
