Senior Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager Nottingham Construction Consultancy Salary up to 70k A great opportunity to combine commercial expertise with project leadership.We''re working with a well-established and forward-thinking construction consultancy that is looking to strengthen its Nottingham team with an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager.This is a genuinely varied role, offering the chance to take ownership of projects from early feasibility through to completion, combining quantity surveying, cost management and project management responsibilities.The consultancy works across both the private and public sectors, with a particularly strong presence within healthcare, alongside a varied portfolio of commercial and other specialist projects.The Opportunity As a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager, you''ll play a key role in delivering projects successfully from both a commercial and operational perspective.You''ll work closely with clients, contractors, consultants and internal teams, providing trusted advice on costs, procurement, contracts, programme and project delivery.Your responsibilities will include:Managing project costs and budgets from feasibility through to completion.Preparing cost plans, estimates, tender documentation and contract information.Advising clients on procurement routes, contract strategy and commercial risks.Monitoring expenditure, forecasting costs and providing regular financial reporting.Managing variations, ..... full job details .....
