The RoleAs a Senior QS, you''ll be a key player in delivering projects across all stages - from pre-contract to final account. You''ll manage cost planning, contract administration, and stakeholder engagement, with a strong focus on JCT and Design and Build contracts.

What We''re Looking For

2-4+ years'' experience in a Quantity Surveying role

Strong communication skills and confidence in client-facing settings

Experience leading post-contract meetings

Employer''s Agent experience (a bonus, not a deal-breaker)

Chartered or working towards chartership (MRICS)

A proactive, adaptable mindset and a genuine passion for the built environment
