This role will suit a commercially astute Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to step into a Managing Surveyor position, or an experienced Managing Surveyor seeking a new challenge within a growing business. The Role You will take responsibility for the commercial management of multiple projects from pre-construction through to final account, ensuring financial performance, contractual compliance and successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Oversee the commercial delivery of multiple construction projects. Prepare cost plans, budgets and valuations. Manage subcontract procurement and negotiate packages.
