      <description>Location: Wolverhampton | Salary: &amp;pound;60000 - &amp;pound;68000/annum | Type: Permanent | Pinnacle are looking to speak to experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor for a major highways upgrade project located in Wolverhampton. Its a £22m scheme for improvements along the A45, including upgrades to road structures, installation of new bus stops, and enhancements to bus and cycle routes.  Duties:  	 Commercial reporting, including client-facing applications. 	 Provide day to day leadership to the commercial team and ensure robust commercial processes. 	 Administer NEC contracts (option C), other NEC experience will be considered 	 Maintain effective relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and site teams.    Person Specification   	 Proven background in highways or similar infrastructure projects. 	 Proven experience administering NEC contracts. 	 Lead and mentor less experienced team members.
