You will be responsible for leading on the commercial management of key work packages, ensuring robust cost control, contract compliance and accurate financial reporting across the project lifecycle. Key responsibilities include: • Full commercial management of subcontract packages from procurement through to final account • NEC contract administration (NEC3/NEC4), including early warnings, compensation events and change management • Preparation of CVRs, cost forecasts and monthly commercial reports • Management of valuations, applications for payment and subcontractor accounts • Risk management, cost control and value engineering support • Close liaison with Project Managers, Engineers and the Client team to ensure commercial alignment • Supporting procurement strategy and negotiation of subcontract terms We’re looking for someone with: • Strong NEC contract experience ...
