As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you\''ll play a part in taking the commercial lead across the projects, managing budgets through to completion. Lead procurement, tendering, and commercial management of major residential schemes.Produce monthly CVRs, forecasts, cost-to-complete reports, and board-level reporting.Oversee subcontractor management, including performance reviews and payments.Drive value engineering initiatives and support risk assessments and contract strategy.Mentor and develop Junior and Assistant QS team members.Work in close collaboration with development, planning, construction, and finance teams.Provide advice during pre-construction on cost planning and design optimisation.Ensure compliance with commercial policies, contracts, and company processes.About You
