Senior Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor Location: Projects located between Manchester and North LondonSalary: £70,000 - £85,000 per annumWe are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Senior Quantity Surveyor, supporting the successful delivery of Mechanical and Electrical projects across commercial, industrial, infrastructure and rail environments.The successful candidate will play a key role in protecting and enhancing the commercial interests of the business throughout the project lifecycle, from pre-contract support and procurement through to final account settlement.This role requires an individual with a strong understanding of contract law and contract administration, particularly NEC forms of contract, who can confidently manage commercial risk, maximise project profitability and build strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors and delivery teams.The ideal candidate will be highly organised, commercially driven, contractually aware and capable of influencing project outcomes through proactive commercial management.Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial Management Manage the commercial performance of multiple MandE projects from contract award through to final accountMonitor project costs, budgets, forecasts and profitabilityPrepare and present monthly cost reports and commercial reviewsEnsure projects are delivered in accordance with commercial objectives and company targetsIdentify commercial risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycleSupport Project ..... full job details .....
